Every engagement starts with onboarding
Before your first send, we spend a month on strategy and infrastructure, plus design if you add it. It's a one-time fee, and it counts as month 1 of your 6-month agreement.

Not ready for a monthly plan?
Start with a sprint. Each one covers a piece of onboarding in 2 to 3 weeks: strategy and positioning, design, or infrastructure and tracking. If you sign a 6-month agreement within 30 days, your sprint fee is credited toward your onboarding fee.
The agreement
A 6-month agreement to start, with onboarding as month 1. After that, month-to-month with notice to cancel. You can add Writing or Growth at any time.

Do I have to buy Operations?
Yes. Writing and Growth both rely on the infrastructure, tracking, and reporting that Operations builds. It's the foundation of every engagement.
Why does Operations cost more for weekly sends?
We spend a lot of time with each edition: building, testing, scheduling, sending, and reporting.
How is Writing priced?
We scope it on a call, based on how often you send, what each edition contains, how many interviews and sources it needs, and how many voices the newsletter carries. You'll have a quote within two business days.
What do I pay in month 1?
You pay the onboarding fee, not your ongoing monthly fee, in month one. We don't do any growth- or writing-specific work in month one.
Can I add Writing or Growth later?
Yes, any time.
